Symptoms

When running the Refresh Benefits Snapshot process (BEN100A.sqr), the following error is received:


The same error also happens to the following fields: ADDRESS1_OTHER, ADDRESS2_OTHER, ADDRESS3_OTHER, ADDRESS4_OTHER, STATE_OTHER, POSTAL_OTHER.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Run the Refresh Benefits Snapshot process. Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot
