Symptoms
After the 2020 Affordable Care Act (ACA) patches, employees are being assigned the incorrect Offer of Coverage Code of 1E. They should be receiving the code of 1K.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ACA Data Extract process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
