My Delegates page Doesn't Display Correctly the Delegated Responsibilities (Doc ID 2752594.1)

The grouping of transactions, delegates, start date, end date and request status is not working properly on the My Delegates fluid page. The transactions appear to indicate that delegates have certain responsibilities delegated to them, when in fact they haven't.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create Delegation Request fluid page and create, separately 2 delegations for two subordinates:
For example: user1 has been delegated Approve Job Offer and Manager Absence Approve, while user2 has been delegated Approve Job Opening and Manager Absence Approve, ie a different responsibility in the Recruitment processes.
2. Set Start/End date and add a comment
3. Submit the delegations for each users
4. login with manager and reviewing Delegated Responsibilities in My Delegates
Results: The grid on the screen represents both proxies as having 3 delegated responsibilities. It looks like both proxies have been delegated Manager Absence Approve, Approve Job Offer and Approve Job Opening.
