Adding a URL To Student Center Options Causes Links to Align on Right Instead of Left (Doc ID 2753514.1)

Symptoms

When a 3rd URL (SSS_SC_LNK2_URL3) is added to Student Center Options, the links re-align to the right side of the page, instead of the left side as is expected. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Student Center.
  2. Add a new URL to the section 'Search Engines' save the page.
  3. Navigate to to Self Service > Student Center and observe new alignment of links.
