Monitor Approvals Returning No Results When Searching By Approver (Doc ID 2753776.1)

Symptoms

It was reported that when using Monitor Approvals (Enterprise Components>Approvals>Approvals>Approval Monitor) no results are returned when doing a search using an approver in the criteria.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals
2. Search using an Approver as the criteria
3. Receive message 'Your search produced no results (18081, 5505)
