Symptoms


Users are reporting Data Integrity Errors on various pages, even delivered pages that have not been modified.

In the <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DomainName>/LOGS/APPSRV_MMDD.LOG, logged messages such as the below occur.

 

Changes

There have been object migrations into this environment for updated meta-data.Sometimes these are for customized code and other times they can be delivered Maintenance or Application updates.

Typically these migrations occurred while the Application was Active.
