Unable to Drill Into Account Details from View Customer Accounts After Applying Campus Solutions PUM 20 (Doc ID 2755031.1)

Symptoms

On the View Customer Account Page, attempting to drill into the account details - located on the ITEM_SF_SP sub page - results in an error.  The session is ended and the operator is returned to the sign in page.

In other cases, the error will not occur, but the page opens very slowly.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Account;
  2. Select an emplid;
  3. Click the View Details link on one account type;

 

Changes

 The issue occurs after applying fixes from CS 9.2 PUM Image 20.
