E-PIA: Samesite attribute set to Strict for PeopleSoft cookies causing the External 3rd party authentication to Fail (Doc ID 2755059.1)

Symptoms

• When trying to login with third party SSO, users are getting error and are taken to the login page,
• When PS_DEVICEFEATURES cookie is not getting updated.

The issues mentioned above are seen on Tools 8.56.25, 8.57.20 and 8.58.09.

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with third party SSO
Users are supposed to get the default Classic homepage but get kicked out to the login page

Another scenario is Apple users report being unable to "View all Jobs", create accounts, or apply for jobs when landing on our external job sites

1. In Apple devices, login to PIA
2. View All the jobs
