Generated Password is not Included in the Email Notification when Register New User Through Supplier Portal (Doc ID 2756326.1)

Symptoms

While register a new supplier (from SUP_OB_USER component) through Supplier Portal, the email notification is not including the generated password for the user even it has been chosen the System Generated password process.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Ensure that the 'System Generates User Password' is enabled in the Supplier Request System Setup (Navigation for this setup done in employee portal: Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Suppliers > Supplier Request System Setup)
2. Log in to Supplier Portal using VP1.
3. Click on Register a New User and enter all required information and click on Submit.
4. The Supplier User is created and the User Profile is created. Observe that The Email Notification received does not have the details of the System Generated Password.
