E-Fluid: CropImage Function Is Not Working when Used in Fluid Pages over Small Form Factor View (Doc ID 2756669.1)

The CropImage function is not working on fluid pages when connecting with small form factor view.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Application Designer and mark as fluid:

Component = PT_IMG_TEST
Page =  PT_IMG_TESTPAGE
[Enable scroll if needed]

2. Login in PIA
3. Navigate to: PeopleTools > Utilities > Image Manipulation > Test Utility
4. Upload an image file and test the Crop function - working as expected
5. Logout/Login in Small Form Factor
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 and observe the issue in Small Form Factor window
