E-Fluid: CropImage Function Is Not Working when Used Multiple Times in a Row

Symptoms
When using CropImage function multiple times in a row on the same page, sometimes the crop pop-up doesn't show properly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer and mark as fluid:
Component = PT_IMG_TEST
Page = PT_IMG_TESTPAGE
[Enable scroll if needed]
2. Login in PIA
3. Navigate to: root > PT > Utilities > Image Manipulation > Test Utilities
4. Insert and crop an image, then cancel the action
5. Try to repeat above step multiple times and observe the behavior
