Symptoms
The below error message is triggered when user tries to enter an extended absence request without entering Expected Return Date then clicking the Next button and Validate Sections.

Error occurred while validating the section.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigation: ESS>Time> Extended Absence
2. Click Next button without entering Expected Return Date.
3. Click Validate sections. Note error is triggered.
