Why Are There Multiple Lines for Box 15 on the ACA Employee Transmittal Data for 2020 when There Was Only a Single Line in Prior Years? (Doc ID 2757244.1)

In prior years, only one line, Self-Only Lowest Premium Cost, displayed in Part II Employee Monthly Amounts section of the Employee Monthly Data page of the ACA Employee Transmittal Data; the line was for Box ID 15. After applying the ACA patches for 2020, three additional lines - Self Low Cost Base Benefits, Self Low Cost BA No Credit, and Self Low Cost BA with Credit - display. Why were these lines added?
