When attempting to deploy HCM PUM #36 environment in Cloud Manager,
the deployment stopped at the following task

PscPuppet.puppet_current_run:
Terminating activity since there is an error! The puppet profile pt_prcs got failed. Check pt_prcs.log for details.


and the remote_out.log shows

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Cloud Manager 11
2. Download and Deploy HCM PUM #36
3. Experience the error
