Fluid Benefits Summary Page Showing Contact Information Twice After Hitting The Refresh Button (Doc ID 2759472.1)

Symptoms

On the Fluid Benefits Summary page (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefit Details > Benefits Summary) the Contact Information panel appears on the right side of the page as expected. However, when changing the My Benefits On date and clicking the Refresh button, a second Contact Information panel also appears at the bottom of the page.
