Allocations errors out at Step FS_ALLC_OUTJ.GetJID.sNextID (Action SQL) -- RC = 911

Steps
1) Create Allocation Step with type = Copy

2) Create Pool tab with multipple Business Units in Pool Fields

3) Create Allocation Group

4) Create Allocation Request

5) Run Allocations 

6) See Allocations run to error
