Qn1:Onboarding Initial Notification
Customer setup an activity guide notification to notify employees as an initial notification. Notification configured in onboarding installation is being triggered when onboarding is assigned.
1. Customer currently wants to use onboarding only for our new student hires.
2. Customer needs separate notifications to be sent based on the onboarding template.
Qn:2 Customer thought when they activated activity guide notifications for the category and templates, it would use those notifications?
