Symptoms

System throws below error message on view history page after submitting a Supplier Change request .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create supplier change request from  Suppliers-->Supplier Change Request-->Initiate Supplier Change.
2. Go to Address tab change phone type for an existing phone number and also add a new phone number .
3. Submit the change request for approval.
4. Go to:Suppliers > Supplier Change Requests > View History.Error
