Cannot Remove One Time Address From PO Header When Copying An Existing PO Which Is Using A One Time Address (Doc ID 2764936.1)

Last updated on MARCH 06, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using the Copy Purchase Order function, if we copy from an existing Purchase Order which has a Default PO One Time Address set, then the new PO will retain all the values.

However, when you try to remove the Default PO One Time Address, it is not updating the PO Line data correctly and the new Purchase Order is still displaying the One Time Address from the original PO.

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:

1. Create PO, with one time address.
2. Dispatch.
3. Create another PO, copy from the first PO.
4. PO Defaults, Override option, changing one time address does not work.
