Symptoms
Learning Instructor "Class Action" tile displays the number of actions needed but when one clicks on the tile, it then displays a blank "My Classes" page or incorrect number of classes.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Instructor
2. Click on Learning Instructor Homepage
3. Click on the 'Class Actions' Tile
