Symptoms

When an employee tries to start a Life Event, they get the following message:


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile.
     2. Select Life Event type.
     3. Enter Date of Event.
     4. Click Start Life Event.
