Symptoms
After Upgrade, while booting process scheduler, PSDSTSRV service failed to start.
Following error can be seen while booting:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start psadmin utility.
2. Boot Process Scheduler.
3. Encounter issue, service PSDSTSRV failed to start.
Changes
Peopletools upgrade was done, after which issue is encountered.
