Symptoms
ISSUE
The Action drop down is blank in the Cancel Payment page.
STEPS
1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Payments > Cancel/Void Payments > Payment Cancellation
2. Enter the search criteria
3. Click Search
4. Choose any row
5. Click the Action drop down
-The Action drop down list does not show any selection
