ECM: Code Mapping Not Working When Loading PSBD2 Bank Statement

Symptoms
When loading a bank statement in PSBD2 format, the RECON_TRANS_CODE and STMT_ACTIVITY_TYPE are not mapped as it should regarding to the Code Mappings setup.
Steps:
1) Setup Bank Statement Load for PSDB2 layout.
2) setup Code Mapping for BANK_STMT_CODE, RECON_TRANS_CODE and STMT_ACTIVITY_TYPE.
3) Load a Bank Statement.
4) Review the Bank Statement that got loaded.
- RECON_TRANS_CODE and STMT_ACTIVITY_TYPE values should be populated. The values are not populated as per Code Mapping.
