E-PPR: The Application Server Crashes After Selecting 'View All' from the Alerts Menu on Manager Dashboard, and then Selecting any of the Alert Hyperlinks (Doc ID 2769898.1)

Symptoms

After selecting 'View All' from the Alerts menu on Manager Dashboard, and then selecting any of the Alert hyperlinks, the user is kicked off the system. An application server crash is reported in the log files for that event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self Service > Manager Dashboard.
2. Under the 'Alerts' section, select 'View All'.
3. In the modal window that is then displayed, click on the hyperlink for an alert.
4. User is then kicked out of system and app server error message is sent.

Note: This behavior is NOT observed if user selects the alert hyperlink, from the 'Alerts' menu, WITHOUT selecting 'View All' first.
