Symptoms

Supplier Punchout fails with the error An error occurred when transferring to or from the merchant's site. (18036,3410) and Status code: 403 Forbidden.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to eProcurement > Requisition
2) Click on Punchout link
3) Get above error

Changes

Issue started happening after refreshing non-production environments.
