Corrected Affordable Care Act (ACA) Employee Transmittal Data Records Are Not Included in ACA XML Correction Files

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Original Affordable Care Act (ACA) files were rejected due to a few employees with incomplete addresses. After the employee's addresses were corrected, new files were created as Replacement Transmission. However, the new employees with the address corrections were not included in the new files.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Add a row on the employee's ACA Employee Transmittal Data, select the Correction button, change the address and click Save (Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Employee Transmittal Data)
2. Run the ACA Data Extract using Finalize for Transmittal (Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
3. Run Create ACA XML Files for Replace Transmission (Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
