E-PG: Cannot Select Multiple Filters In Pivot Grid

Symptoms
Multiple filter selection does not work for a pivot grid chart.
When multiple filters are selected, results are returned for only one selected filter.
If a second filter was selected before the refresh of the chart after the first filter selection, the chart, when refreshed, has only one item selected.
In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Viewer.
3. Search for a Pivot Grid.
4. Open it.
5. Select multiple filters.
6. Results only return one selected filter.
