Symptoms


Contract Profit Margin Tile is displaying text - "You are not authorized for this Page". Clicking on the tile throws another error - "Unable to access the underlying Query Datasource. (268,54) PT_PGPACKAGE.PT_PGInformation.execute Name:InitializeFormDB PCPC : 3219 Statement: 119"

Replication Steps:

  1. Go to the Home page in Fluid mode.
  2. Select Customer Contracts
  3. This shows the "Contract Profit Margin" Tile with the message "You are not authorized for this Page".
  4. When Clicked on the tile, Receiving the error message - "Unable to access the underlying Query Datasource. (268,54) PT_PGPACKAGE.PT_PGInformation.execute Name:InitializeFormDB PCPC : 3219 Statement: 119"
