ETL9.2: Display Issue With Partial Days When Not Half Days on Request Absence page. (Doc ID 2776246.1)

Symptoms

 Child absence page issue with display of the 'All days are half days" flag on Partial Days modal pop up.  

The value is not displayed as originally reported.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. User logs into ESS and click on 'Request Absence" tile.
2. Define Absence name = 'PTO', start date = 5/14/21, end date = 5/14/21, duration = 8 hrs.
3. Click on 'Partial days" to open the sub page. Define Partial days as 'All Days' and 'All days are half days" as 'No' and Duration = '3'.
4. Click on 'Check Eligibility' to get "Success", OK
5. At this time, the display defaults back to Yes value even though it was not what selected for "All days are half days".
6. The approval comes through correctly upon submission for the manager
7. It reflects accurately on the timesheet with 3 hours absence PTO
8. Bug when user look at absence via "View Requests" tile, it is still inaccurately display the Partial days' for 'All Days' and 'All days are half days" as 'Y'
