Academic Progress Tracker (APT) Enrolment Fail With Error When the Rows Being Processed Is More Than 2000 (Doc ID 2777281.1)

Symptoms

Academic Progress Tracker (APT) enrollment process failed with below error whenever the rows being processed is more than 2000. The process actions on the initial 2000 rows and fails. Even the rows where APT enrollment is processed they are not getting synced.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Program Enrollment > APT Enrollment
  2. Add a New Run Control ID
  3. Enter Institution,Career,Term Process Mode
  4. Select Population Selection & Enter Query Name
  5. Run the APT Enrollment Process
