Create Student Budget Component Error 'FAPBUDRC did not complete successfully. Check messages. (14450,59)' After Clicking Build Budget Button (Doc ID 2777913.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to build a budget on-line, from the Create Student budget component, the following error displays on the page after clicking the 'Build Budget' button. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Budgets > Create Student Budget > Create Student Budget, for the student and aid year. 
  2. Populate the terms being budgeted. 
  3. Click 'Build Budget' button, and the error message will display on the page.
