Page Composer Is Not Returning List of Approval Processes When Searching

Symptoms
When users go to search for the AWE process IDs in Page Composer, the list is blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Page Composer > Page Composer
2. Enter Definition = APPROVALS, and click Search button
