Back Button Does Not Work in Guided Self service(GSS)Transactions (Doc ID 2779824.1)

Symptoms

After submission of any GSS request, clicking the back button does not take the user to the previous page instead displays the already submitted transaction.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Manager self-service--Update team Information--select any employee and submit any transaction

    OR Manager self-service--My Team-- select any employee and Submit the request


2.  Click on the back button which says 'Guided Self-service'
