Requisition Item Price Adjustments are not Copied to Purchase Order

Symptoms
When copying a requisition to a purchase order, requisition item price adjustments are not copied to the purchase order. The copied purchase order does not have the expected price adjustments.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Select requisition that has item price adjustments.
2. Add Purchase Order and Select Copy from Requisition entering Requisition ID from Step 1.
Purchasing, Add/Update POs,
3. Click the Value Adjustment button on the Maintain Purchase Order - Schedules page
Expected Price adjustments are not found.
