Manager Cannot Select Employees In Update Team Information Tile (Doc ID 2785500.1)

Symptoms

Manager are unable to select an employee in Update team information page since arrow against each employee greyed out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Log into HCM as a manager.
2.) Navigate to Manager Self-Service Homepage and click on the Team tile.
3.) Click on Update Team information and try to select an employee.
