Symptoms
Error in Job data page when there are tax-location transfers taking place between one non-resident state and another:
ActiveRowcount: Row 3 not found in scroll level 1. (2,156) JOB.TAX_LOCATION_CD.SavePreChange Name:remove_mj_network PCPC:9919 Statement: 130
Called from JOB.TAX_LOCATION_CD.SavePreChange Statement:1065
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Note: This error is occurring within the “Automatic Tax Data” functionality that is delivered with the product, so be sure to use ***UPDATE/DISPLAY*** mode.
1. On Job Data, transfer an EMP with EMPL_RCD=1 from a work location in FL (could be other states) to a work location in different state such as Ashland, KY. Use an effective date such as 5/1/2021.
After entering the location code, go to the Payroll tab and enter Tax Location Code of Kentucky. Then save the component.
2. Return to the Job Data component (reload from menu item), and, for the same employee, do another location change, this time to Denver, CO. This can be effective current date and will need to have tax-location code of Colorado.
After clicking on Save and getting past a warning message, the error appears and prevents the transaction from completing the save.
