When an employee starts a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefits Details> Life Events), a BAS Activity record is created even if a document that requires it has not yet been approved by the Benefits Administrator. When Benefits Administration is run, it processes the event prematurely. After the document is approved, a second BAS Activity record is created.
