E-Fluid: Back Button Missing On New Window Pages

Symptoms
In PeopleTools 8.57 or above, Back button is missing when clicking on the new window link.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA.
2. From Landing page – Employee Self Service, Click on Person Details tile.
3. Back Button is available at Upper Left Corner.
4. Open a New Window by clicking the new window link.
5. In the new window, there is no Back button.
