Symptoms
When navigating to succession 360 "Empty position" is displayed for managers whose current active records is not 0 i.e EMPL_RCD 0 is Terminated but EMPL_RCD 1 is Active.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Organizational Development > Succession Planning > Succession 360
2. View for Employee
