E-IB: JSON Documents Tag For Complex Primitive Reset by Document Builder When Save (Doc ID 2789246.1)

Symptoms

After PT upgraded to PT 8.58, when Document builder is used to edit or create a JSON documents,  the JSON tag names of Complex primitives are getting set back to the name of the Document.

Replication steps

------------------

1. Create a new doc

2. Add a Complex primitive compound, e.g. my_comp, set element type to char

3. Switch to json tab, change the element json tag name to any, save

4. Then reopen the doc, check the compound json tag name, e.g. my_comp, it got change incorrectly to document name
