What Happens to Life Event Attachments When Life Event Is Deleted? (Doc ID 2789295.1)

The Benefit Administrator deletes a life event because the employee entered it twice but only put the attachment on one of the life events. The attachment was approved by the Benefit Administrator from the Monitor Approvals, but we cannot find the attachment now that the event has been deleted. Is it possible to still see this attachment somewhere?
