Symptoms
On the Fluid Health Benefit election pages, no employer costs are displaying even though Show Employer Costs on Form is selected on the Benefit Program.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment, Medical, Dental or Vision tile.
2. Employer costs do not display.
