Symptoms

When a user tries to navigate using "Find an Existing Case" button, the below error is encountered:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Find Cases
  2. Open any case from the Search Result and click on the “Solution Search” tab
  3. Click on “Find an Existing Case” button on the page
