EPY: Retro Pay Calculation Is Not Calculating The Amount Correctly (Doc ID 2790103.1)

Symptoms

Retro pay Calculation is not calculating the amount correctly .
  
When the retro pay through '02/28/2021' to till date ,the retro calculation is not calculating the retro amount for biweekly payroll.

Retro pay calculation should be calculating the amount correctly when it falls in the middle of the pay period.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Enter a new effective date of 03/02/2021 in Job Data with a pay rate change (Workforce Administration>Job Information>Job Data)
2. Run Retro Pay Calculation process (Payroll for North America>Retroactive Payroll>Retro Pay>Process and Review Requests>Calculate Retroactive Pay)
3. Verify the retro pay calculation results (Payroll for North America>Retroactive Payroll>Retro Pay>Process and Review Requests>Retro Pay Calculation Results)
