Symptoms

When attempting to deploy PUM Image, the following error occurs.

Deploying Oracle Database Server:                                    [  FAILED  ]

The following error can be seen in the psft_dpk_setup.log file :


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PUM Image.
2. Deploy to install the PUM Instance as non-root user.
3. Process fails with permission issue when installing Oracle Database server.
