When running the delivered Online Confirmation Statement process (Navigation: Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Management tab> Online Confirmation Statements), the process resends email notices for any employee for whom the event in question is reopened and reprocessed, even if only to Re-Elect and then re-finalized, even if no changes are made. Why is this happening?
