Symptoms
If Source is inactivated on 07/01 and a spreadsheet journal is done for 04/01, it errors out because of the source.
Steps
1) Inactivate source for 07/01/2021
2) Create spreadsheet journal for 04/01/2021
3) Try to import journal through the DB
4) Journal fails due to invalid source
