Symptoms

User is Unable To Render or Play Video Content in the Onboarding Activity Guide's Welcome Step

Steps to replicate:

 1. Configure the Welcome step based on the delivered ONBOARDING Activity Guide Category and the WELCOME_VIDEO step.  
 Note: WELCOME_VIDEO step uses the HC_AGC_VIDEO_FL Service Id but the Video URL configured under the Video Page Options was a different one and named differently rather than the delivered HR_OBD_VIDEO.  

2. The relevant menu path was configured for the component / page at the following Navigation: Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Categories

3. When the Activity Guide is accessed by a user the Welcome step is available and the text associated with the step is displayed.  

However, User is Unable To Render or Play Video Content and no error is rendered.

Note: Issue still exists even after adding  'AG Composer User' role and 'AG Composer Administrator' role.
