Symptoms
This article applies to the Native OS Windows version of the PeopleSoft Update Images (PIs) for PUM on PeopleTools 8.59 and later.
When you install a PI that is built on PeopleTools 8.59 and later, the deployment may fail on the Setting Up PeopleSoft Database step.
